Terms & Conditions

By booking accommodation at Kioloa Beach Holiday Park, the guest agrees to the following terms and conditions:

Changes and Cancellations

Changes for stays during high and mid-season must be made more than 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations in low season can be made up to 9am on the day before the scheduled arrival. All cancellations incur an administration fee of $50.

If you fail to notify the park owner of your cancellation or if you do not arrive by 10am on the day after your scheduled arrival date, then your booking may be cancelled without refund.

No refunds or credits for future bookings will be given due to shortening of stay or early departure unless 30 days notice has been received.

Online booking Terms and Conditions

A deposit of 50 percent of the total amount may be charged any time after booking. If cancelled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of a no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Group Bookings

Group bookings are the responsibility of the person making the booking, or the person whose surname is used as the group contact. Any misconduct by one or more members of the group may lead to the early eviction of the entire group without refund.

Reception Hours

Reception hours vary during certain periods of the year. Normal reception hours are 8:30am to 5:30pm. Guests arriving outside these hours should contact the park reception during the above hours to make alternate arrangements.

Special requests made during booking are on a request basis only and are not guaranteed. The park is unable to give out site numbers in advance of arrival as sites may be subject to change.

A credit card must be produced in the name of the person staying at the park on check-in. Any damage caused may be charged against that card.  There will also be an excess cleaning fee of up to $100 applied if accommodation is left in a state that is deemed not acceptable to management.

A minimum stay of 7 nights applies during Christmas School Holidays, a minimum of 4 nights at Easter, a minimum of 3 nights on long weekends and a minimum of 2 nights on other weekends.

Additional fees apply to persons aged 3 years and over who are staying on sites. There is no charge for children 2 years and under.

Only 1 car per site or accommodation will be permitted into the park. Additional vehicles are to use the visitors car park.

Check-out time is 9:30am for all accommodation and 10am for sites. Late check-outs may be arranged at an additional charge, subject to availability.

Check-in time is from 2:30pm for all accommodation and 1pm for sites. During peak periods these times may vary. 

Warning on Bunk Bed Use

  • Top bunks and elevated beds are dangerous and are not recommended for children under the age of 9 years.
  • The use of top bunks when intoxicated or affected by medication and drugs may be dangerous.
  • Bunks are not to be used as play equipment and users should not jump on or from the bunks.
  • Any defects to beds must be immediately reported to the park.

Insurance Warning

Our safety risk management policy dictates that the number of guests does not exceed the number permitted for the accommodation type booked.

We reserve the right to refuse a booking at any time from any person reasonably believed to:

  • Not be the person named on the booking request.
  • Not be the person named on the credit card or not be authorised to use that card.
  • Not be able to pay for any damages.
  • May cause damage to the property of the park or other guests.
  • May exhibit socially unacceptable behaviour.
  • Be younger than 18 years and not accompanied by a responsible person over that age.
  • Be concealing a dog or other unauthorised animal.

We reserve the right to eject guests from the park who are deemed to be behaving in a socially unacceptable way, causing damage, disturbing other guests, using unacceptable language or otherwise breaking Kioloa Beach Holiday Park Rules. Abuse of staff members for any reason will not be tolerated under any circumstances and will result in immediate removal from the park. In the event a guest is asked to leave, no refund will be given and charges will apply for any damage caused.


Dogs are permitted in the park all year round. However, guests are required to advise staff of number of dogs at time of booking. Guests are required to take full responsibility for any personal injury or damage caused by their dog/dogs. Dogs are to remain on a lead at all times within the park and surrounding areas, including on Kioloa Beach, and must be under the owners’ control at all times. Dogs are not permitted in any accommodation. All cabins and retreats have a veranda which the dog may use.
