29. Luxury self-contained two bedroom, two
bathroom villa, overlooking our water supply dam. Air

two single bunk beds.

Conditions
- A deposit for the first night's stay is required within 10 days of your booking (two nights for non-cabin accommodation). A 50% deposit is required for Peak season bookings.
- Balance of account is payable on arrival. No refunds given for early departure.
- Check
in time is from 2pm. Check out is by 10am.
Later checkouts are subject to availability and may incur a charge. - Generally, there is car parking space for only one vehicle per site, and all trailers etc that are brought down should be parked on your site. There is a separate parking area available for boats and trailers.
- Rates quoted are per night and include GST, two adults and two children, and are subject to change without notice.
- Special booking conditions apply for most holiday periods. Minimum 4 nights for Easter, 7 nights for Christmas Peak, 3 nights for long weekends and 2 nights for weekends in High Season.
- Pets welcome, subject to management approval, and MUST be on leash at all times. Dogs are NOT permitted inside Cabins, children's playground, tennis courts, amenity blocks or the swimming pool.
- Camp Fires are ONLY permitted on unpowered campsites, and MUST be in a container
that raises it above the ground, so that the grass underneath is not
damaged.
- Government regulations prohibit fires on the beach at any time.
- The use of generators is not allowed.
- Cancellation Policy:
Always advise us as soon as possible. The Park's policy is:
Peak Season: With four weeks or more notice:Full refund, less a $10 cancellation fee; otherwise at management discretion.
Low and High Season: Seven days notice:Full refund, less a $10 cancellation fee; otherwise at management discretion.
During your stay (or early departure): No refunds.
